EDUCATION overview
The aim is to provide tools and strategies for Nurse Practitioners who engage in Advance Care Planning, palliative and end-of-life care and “Residential Goal of Care” conversations.
It covers key topics relevant to providing a palliative approach and palliative care to their residents and families with a life-limiting illness, through the prevention of suffering by the means of early identification, impeccable assessment and treatment of pain and physical, psychosocial, and spiritual care.
