- Understand the principles of a palliative care approach, including holistic, person-centred care for people with life-limiting illnesses.
- Recognise clinical deterioration and apply appropriate tools for symptom management and end-of-life care.
- Develop knowledge of pre-emptive prescribing, deprescribing, and advance care planning (ACP) including WA-specific directives.
